Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card and American Express.
The payment is being processed through PayPal, but NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED! After filling in your details on the order page, you will be directed to PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, SEE THE SCREENSHOT BELOW. Click on the link circled with red and it's all going to be fine at the END. ;)
What is your shipping policy?
Orders will usually be processed within 24-48 hrs pending item availability and credit card verification. At the moment we use Itella (Priority mail) for sending all orders.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Delivery times vary, but be prepared that delivery to...
- Finland takes 2 days
- Scandinavia takes 2-5 days
- Europe takes 3-6 days
- Rest of the world takes 4-14 days.

We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Customs
Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. END cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to END at our expense. We will then deduct that charge and any additional
customs charges from the refund of the original purchase price.
Item availability
Even if we are hard-working and fun people, we might make some mistakes.
Our stocks are limited, too. If an item you wanted to order is out of stock,
we will notify you via e-mail.
How can I check the status of my order?
After you have placed your order, we will send you an order notification.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation including the information concerning estimated delivery times.
How can I modify my order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are able to make modifications to the order as long as we have not shipped it before. If you want to modify your order, please e-mail us at hello@end-shop, as soon as this occurs.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes, there is a table of measures in every product description, if the product comes in different sizes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, please write your wishes concerning the colour of END-patterned silk paper into the comment box when ordering! ;)
What is your Privacy Policy?
We respect your right to privacy. END will not rent, share or sell your personal information with anyone.
User conditions of use
All trademarks, service marks, trade names and photography are the property of END. No use of these may be made without the prior written consent of END except to identify the products or services of http://www.end-shop.com.
Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from end-shop.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to end-shop.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. If you return a product, you must pay the postage yourself, when you send the product(s) back to us. The return address you will find on the parcel in which you received your order. Returned items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Pleace include at least a copy of your invoice you received with your order.
NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us first at hello@end-shop.com, including your order number which you'll find on your order confirmation. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include the order number, and send it back to us. Our address is on the parcel.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
